Thank you for checking out my website. In these pages you will find my philosophy for how to navigate life with ease and grace. Every day, we wake up to a new opportunity for a fresh start. When we are feeling great, this is easy. When we feel cruddy, not so easy.
Physical, emotional, mental and spiritual pain keep us disconnected from the entirety of who we actually are. And just who are we? We are spiritual beings having a physical experience. We are one small but significant part of a whole being that encompasses so much more than our five physical senses can perceive. We have so much help from unseen forces, here for our highest and best. Learning to connect with our Higher Self, our Angels, Spirit, Universe, God, Buddha, Jesus, Mother Mary, Quan Yin, or whatever name or form opens our heart and brings us peace, joy and even bliss, is a learned skill that can be cultivated and utilized.

My offering to you is through several avenues:
First, as a bodyworker
As a bodyworker of more than thirty years in private practice, my focus is mainly through working with the connective tissue matrix which has come to be called fascia, or the fascial system. The cranio-sacral and the lymphatic systems are secondarily considered and included.
Second, through ministry
Second, through the many facets of my ministry of which I am an ordained minister known as a Cherag, in the Sirat-i Inayat Interfaith Sufi Path.
I share my music in the San Luis Obispo, California area as a certified leader of the Dances of Universal Peace, and also devotional chanting known as kirtan.
I am trained as an Evolutionary Astrologer and assist clients on how to navigate their soul’s path through knowledge of their birth chart.
My newest endeavor is leading ceremony for house blessings, weddings, new baby blessings, funerals, etc.
