Ministry

Parvati is my Sufi name. This was given to me by my Sufi mentor Gayan Gregory Long. Parvati holds a position of the Divine Feminine, the yin to Shiva’s Divine Masculine yang. The two cannot be separated. In my ministry I strive to step into this high-watch for the purpose of lifting the souls and therefore the planet to our collective highest potential.

I offer Ceremony in the form of the following:

Music

I enjoy singing and playing my Martin guitar through two avenues:

Kirtan music came from the land of India and can be considered Indian folk music. Mostly in the language of Sanskrit, my band Heart Bloom leads a call-and-response type atmosphere where we sing, and then you repeat. As the name implies, Heart Bloom aims to open hearts and bring participants to a high state of joy through devotional singing.

Dances of Universal Peace was created in the 1960’s by recognized Zen Buddhist Master and Sufi Murshid Samuel L. Lewis (1896- 1971). I came to this spiritual practice in 1991 and in the mid-2000s I started to lead the Dances in San Luis Obispo, CA. Today I am a certified Dance Leader and the San Luis Obispo community gathers monthly for this beautiful offering where we sing, dance, and play music, creating a human mandala that transmits peace to this world which so desperately needs peace. Sai Shakti

Sai Shakti Healing is transmission based, coming from the stream of Sri Sai Kaleshwar Swami as a result of my deep studies and Vedic practices. Energy blasts come from the Guru Parampara, which denotes the stream that goes through me from my guru, Swami Kaleshwar, from Shirdi Sai Baba, from Baba’s guru, Venkusa, all the way back from the ultimate guru, Shiva.

Shaktipat is a transmission coming through me as a vehicle, through my thumb and into the client’s third eye area, between the eyebrows, for the purpose of clearing unwanted energies that keep us stuck. Shaktipat can also be applied to other chakra areas of the body.

Dattakriya Healing is done with client and practitioner under water, (head out), and the use of an ancient Sanskrit mantra. This healing is a powerful way of moving large amounts of stuck energies in a shorter period of time.

Courses can be given as the time-cycle calls forth, in the use of the elementals of Fire, Water and Earth to clear negative energies that build up in our system over time. Especially good for healers, teachers and performers, Swami Kaleshwar called this Decharging, and is very simple to utilize once someone is taught the process.

Also, courses are available on the use of Mantra (sacred words) and Yantra (sacred pictures) for the process of clearing pathways to the Divine energies of the Shakti Channels that open us to the power of God. Bhakti (love) and Shakti (power) are balanced together to create masterful possibilities for working with larger negative forces beyond our personal needs.

Astrology

It is my great honor to help clients navigate their birth charts under the focus of Evolutionary Astrology and the Path of the Soul. This modality was brought through a Paramahansa Yogananda devotee, Jeffrey Wolf Green, in the 1970s, and shared with the world in the 1980s through early 2000s. Green received his transmission from Swami Sri Yukteswar Giri, Yogananda’s master and brought to the world a new look at Pluto’s  role in our evolution.

Together we can explore the soul’s desire and purpose, and how one might achieve that goal, as written in the birth chart. Also available by appointment are relationship-chart and transits readings.
